I had a great experience with Garden State PT, with Dr Ashish being very attentive and thorough during my visits. He was able to find the location of my mid-back pain each time and helped to loosen up the knots. I also had some jaw pain from clenching, and Dr B helped to relieve the pain in muscles I didn’t know existed in my jaw area. The experience in their office is very pleasant, almost like a med spa, but with a focus on strengthening muscles to alleviate pain.
